Triton Hearing is the challenger brand in the audiology industry with the market leader having a dominant share in excess of 50%. The brief was to land Triton’s point of difference.

Approach

We took a service and price point approach, packaging up their core offering and developed the Better Hearing Guarantee. A promise to provide a personally fitted hearing solution from $495. Backed by a price match, money-back guarantee and free lifetime care.

Using animation we created a fully integrated campaign that was a complete departure from the industry norm, bringing a sense of youthfulness and adaptability to the campaign.

Since launching the campaign Triton Hearing have achieved YoY volume growth of 30%+ in an industry growing at an annual rate of 3-5%.
